STEP 1 – Fill in our application form and return it to us.

STEP 2 – You will receive a costs agreement from a qualified Solicitor

• If you would like the costs agreement with the solicitor to be conditional upon your Acceptance of your Ace Solicitors Community Aid Grant, please advise the solicitor when returning the costs Agreement. 

STEP 3 – You will receive a preliminary Assessment and Ace Law Community Aid Statement of Financial Position and sometimes a request for further information.

STEP 4 – Your application will be assessed and you will receive a notification of the terms and conditions of your Grant of Community Legal Aid. 

STEP 5 – You need to comply with all conditions in the Grant.
